Mother tubes are drawn by COLD DRAWING process. Tubes are HEAT TREATED in continuous roller hearth furnace to relieve stresses. Then tubes are STRAIGHTENED, cut in to the final lengths, HYDRO TESTED up to 1500 bar or as required.

Then various tests like EDDY CURRENT TEST, ULTRASONIC TEST, TENSILE, FLARING, FLANGING B: FLATTENING are carried out as per requirement of specification. This process is carried out under TPI, when required.

N.B.: Prime quality, fully killed, Carbon Steel Alloy Steel mother tubes are used.

We are Supplying U - Bend tubes as per code and specification.

We have all the essential facilities to produce straight tube as well as U- Bend tubes at our works. We are also providing facilities of Stress Relieving, D. P. test, EddyCurrentTest, Ultrasonic Test, & Ai r Under water test.

"U" Tubes are manufactured in our plant as per TEMA Class 3 RCB as per the customer's requirement. It is heat treated in accordance with the specifications followed by hydro test, and dye penetrant test, if required.
